The Week Ahead

We’re Back! Next week we’re going to see a slew of news headlines from Companies who are keen to make announcements (good and bad), we also have a heap of economic data including FOMC Meeting minutes and Eurozone CPI. We are also going to be eased into some earnings, but nothing too important. Note we are closed on Thursday but I’m not treating it as a typical short week like Thanksgiving, Xmas etc.

Nothing overly important or a focus on earnings this week. Interested in KRUS (Short Interest), also DAL as a bellwether for airlines the CEO will do a Keynote speech at the sphere as part of CES Tuesday night which might run the stock into earnings.. STZ also of interest. The others are just included because of Mkt Cap and Volume but no big opinions. I’m expecting an overall ramp in press releases and news this week and that will be my focus. I’m looking at NFLX and TKO for next week with WWE debuting on NFLX Monday Night. These could be great SIPs into next week.

Notable also is Jensen Huang’s (NVDA CEO) keynote speech at CES on Monday night. There are a lot of smaller events and companies presenting at CES. Too many to mention but the schedule is worth exploring. (Schedule)

Sources & Services I Use in my Trading:

PS: There are many ways to trade stocks in play. It does not have to be the one that keeps going straight up and sometimes it doesn’t even have to be day one of the catalyst. Everyone must find a setup, timeframe and method that works for them. This list is supposed to educate on the criteria I use and the methods in which I find Stocks in Play. Yours may differ and that is completely okay.
